Provide the ability to extend application insight logs

It would be necessary to give the possibility, for example after initialization, to have access to the application insight instance.
Which would allow using addTelemetryInitializer or addDependencyInitializer for example.
This would give us the possibility to add custom properties or to cancel certain unwanted logs.
Ideally, it would be possible to do it on the client side and the server side.

Sorry actually, I wanted to write this post in nuxt-applicationinsight. Above all, I think I understood how I can access this instance using the nuxtApp instance + custom plugin.
So what I want to do is normally possible.
