Python 3.12 Support

Hi,

I am working on the new edition of my book "Causal Inference and Discovery in Python".

The first edition used gCastle as the main causal discovery library.

In the 2nd edition, I'd like to upgrade Python version to 3.12.

From what I see on PyPi, the version requirements are python (>= 3.6, <=3.9).

What effort would be required to make gCastle compatible with Python 3.12?

Hi @AlxndrMlk , looking back at the old commits, I think the main reason why there is a ceiling on the Python version is that the older gCastle was dependent on TensorFlow.

1. In commit 5b23dc7, a requirement of maximum Python 3.7 was added. At the same time, the Tensorflow version was fixed to 1.15.0, which does not support Python 3.8 or newer.
2. In commit 7c9251f, Tensorflow was removed, and the maximum Python version was raised to 3.9.

Thus, from what I can see without any testing, adding support for up to Python 3.12 should mostly be a matter of testing and ensuring the code can run. There should not be any major issues from a requirement perspective.

Making it compatible with Python 3.12 would be great!
