Auto-extracted descriptions on slides 2/3/4/6/7/8/9 either truncated
oddly ("People hurt or killed") or pulled the wrong text (table
headers concatenated as "AgencyDataFrequencyDelayStatus"). Hand-written
descriptions tailored for social-card previews.
