Common ui bug in the huggingface docs website

Not really sure who to reach out to for this UI bug, so @Rocketknight1.

In the video, I've highlighted two issues in the docs website.

1. When the right side pane is very long, scrolling the page often makes it behave erratically.
2. When I try to open a page in a new tab (using ctrl + click), the current page's left and right side panes are replaced with the info of that new page.

These issues have persisted for a long long time making it difficult to read multiple pages at the same time.

Since this is not a transformers issue, I will delete it once the concerned person/engineer is found.

maybe @enzostvs is the right person (not sure just assuming based on twitter search).

Also the title of the current page/tab changes too, as soon as I open the new tab, making it very difficult.
