i used:
pip install -U spacy
python -m spacy download en

spacy=3.6.0

pip uninstall neuralcoref
pip install neuralcoref --no-binary neuralcoref

Using conda.
Tried Python 3.6 and 3.8. Mac x86.

This did not help as well:
pip uninstall neuralcoref
pip install neuralcoref --no-binary neuralcoref

I was using spacy 3.6.0.
Problem solved downgrading it.
Try:

pip install spacy==2.3.9
