Add some patches to the upstream PR's

Hi @huihuimoe ! Great job on all the work you've done for the ARM64 integration, it really looks solid.

I noticed that some of the patches aren't hardcoded, so they might be good candidates for upstream as well. What do you think?

For example, this patch doesn't seem tied to any specific arch or platform:

We’re in the process of de-hardcoding some of the smoketest logic so that we can add proper smoketests for the ARM64 images as well.
This is a PoC and not the final solution vyos/vyos-build#1073

It’s great to hear that VyOS has started working on ARM64 integration.
Regarding the vyos-1x-002-boot_console.patch you mentioned, its original purpose was to add GRUB serial log support at boot time for the PL011 UART.
PL011 is a module that is rarely seen outside of ARM platforms, and in practice it can be considered ARM-specific. Because of that, I don’t think submitting this patch to VyOS upstream in its current form would be appropriate.
In addition, on ARM platforms there are many different kinds of serial ports besides PL011, including those mentioned in #21 such as fiq-debugger(ttyFIQ), and even ttyUSB in some cases.

From my perspective, a better way to de-hardcode this would be to design a more generic solution.
That said, I have no objection to any patches from this repository being merged upstream. This repo is just a personal experimental project, and you’re welcome to reuse anything from it as you see fit.
