Add a toggle or hold option

It would be nice if the config supported a toggle or hold feature so you can invoke the hotkey a first time to turn on and then a second invocation will stop capture.

I agree with you this would be a nice feature to have. I'm going to work on making a requested feature list public and I'll add this.
