Web Site Issues - Bad URLs and mailto: on FAQ page

There is some of link rot on the FAQ page.

In particular, under the "How should Coordinates be entered?" section, the link to the suggested geocoder is no longer valid.

I believe the correct URL should be: https://sandbox.idre.ucla.edu/tools/geocoder/

Also, the contact email address provided at the bottom of the page (palladio@designhumanities.org) bounces messages with a 550 error.
