Google Vision API for NSFW Moderation

In addition to content reported by users, I would suggest adding an optional Google Vision API for NSFW moderation. This would especially be useful for larger networks where it may be challenging to manually moderate content with 2k+ users.

Interesting. Of course, it's always sensitive to send content to third parties. But as an optional feature, it definitely makes sense.

Maybe it can be a separate module with disclaimer. Something along the lines of "Your data will be sent to Google via API for image analysis..."
