Web frontend / Plugin system

I'm not sure if we need something too complicated here but, for example, I want to start/stop some services that are running in the Raspi with a frontend web-page #7  (similar to a router one) and also be able to configure the internet/wireless connection.

I guess there should be something already done for this. @StyXman do you know some one?
