[Settings] Add dummy username field to password change form. #2444

When using this page: (/settings/password)
Firefox searches for a username field. Despite it having a autocomplete="off", it chooses the search bar:
After this, the browser persists in opening the password autofill dialog across pages, until the user causes a full refresh. Online resources suggest this can be mitigated with am invisible dummy input box with username labels.
