How to start this project on Windows?

Hello! We have updated the project to improve compatibility with Windows. If running "make start" does not work, please create a folder called "models" alongside the "src" folder and then run the commands:

docker compose -f docker-compose.yml up --build pdf-document-layout-analysis pdf-document-layout-analysis-gui

Or with GPU support

	docker compose -f docker-compose-gpu.yml up --build pdf-document-layout-analysis-gpu pdf-document-layout-analysis-gui-gpu
