stGPT is an independent research prototype by Taobo Hu.

This repository is inspired by scGPT-spatial:

The scGPT-spatial repository is licensed under the MIT License by WangLab at
the University of Toronto. stGPT does not vendor or copy scGPT-spatial source
code. It uses scGPT/scGPT-spatial as conceptual background and keeps its own
implementation surface for Xenium-first image-gene spatial transcriptomics.

stGPT also integrates with optional external packages developed by Taobo Hu,
including pyXenium and spatho, when they are installed separately.
