Description

Describe the bug
Sceenbox is my default video player. every time I open a video file, Screenbox starts playing ANY video incoreectly (no matter what is proportion of video 720 or 1080 or 1440, any format) like it has some offset for rendering the video, the screen is not filled properly. please see screenshots.

How To Reproduce

  1. Open any video file with Screenbox
  2. See the video not taking full space of canvas

Expected behavior

  1. Open any video file with Screenbox
  2. Video is displayed on whole canvas of the player, like it does in every other player

Environment

  • Windows 10 22H2
  • Dell Latitude 7420 (1920x1080 display)
  • App Version 0.18.3.0

Additional context
I love Screenbox app so much, but in every other known player there is no such issue, so I just cant continue using Screenbox since it is not displaying video correctly

P.S. I also have some issue saying "service not started" but I dont know what is it about and if it is connected to my main issue, please see screenshot 3
