ProRes 4444 MOV file renders blank video while audio plays

Describe the bug
A ProRes 4444 .mov file fails to display video (static black screen) and only plays audio (linear PCM) when opened in Screenbox. This same file displays normally in PotPlayer.

How To Reproduce
Open ProRes 4444 .mov file with Screenbox. Black screen.

Expected behavior
Video should be displayed.

Update: bug also occurs with ProRes 422 .mov files
