refactor(cca): clean up config check messages and logic

- Remove Jinja2 templates (variable and function calls) from all 'message' fields in the CONFIG CHECK section to ensure static, robust logging strings.
- Simplify position uniqueness check condition using a list count approach.
- Improve overall blueprint stability by avoiding potential template rendering issues during configuration validation.
