Cover closes *before* earliest allowed time for closing

Hi @hvorragend,

once again, thanks for your great automation.

Unfortunately, I have discovered another issue with the cover control:

The cover closes before the earliest allowed time when I open the window and then close it back. The cover starts to close after closing the window although the it is way before the earliest allowed time to close the cover.

As far as I understood from your documentation, the cover may not close before the earliest closing time, even if the sun elevation angle is below the threshold.
