Improvement: Replace drive time for manual changes with a saved position in Cover Helper

Hi,
what do you think about saving a target position in the cover helper instead of timestamp (or maybe in combination). Sometimes when I use a script or scene HA is a bit slow on updating all covers at the same time. Thus some of my covers exceed the 2 minute frame.
The saved position should also include a tilt if the cover supports that.
