Hydra with Cloudsearch

Deploy Hydra with AWS CloudSearch (based on Solr) as search engine. Determine if CloudSearch is similar enough to Solr for this configuration to work properly. Compared deployment and performance with stand-alone Solr.

Significant work is needed in active_fedora (and possibly other places) to handle API differences between CloudSearch and Solr. Alternatively, significant work is needed to update active_fedora to completely eliminate Solr dependencies.

Minimal work is required to update Blacklight to support CloudSearch.
