Support geometry/geography?

I'm not sure if we already support geometry/geography, or if more code is needed. See https://cloudnativegeo.org/blog/2025/02/geoparquet-2.0-going-native/, which announced that:

Iceberg 3 now includes GEOMETRY and GEOGRAPHY as part of its official specification
