Set up a pr project

Does anyone know how to set up a project so that prs are made following the example of fabric? So that you don't have to perform a rebase or update branch on any action.

It seems to be configured correctly. But something is missing.

I think there is a thing called "Require Linear History", but I don't think we have it in this Github organization.

Congrats on the cool issue number.

I don't know why it matters though, there is almost no activity in this repo.
