Secondly, I tried to simulate the project applying what is in the quick guide and I downloaded all the tools, configured the environment and downloaded a copy of FABRIC CONSOLE and everything went well except for adding the admin account to ORDERER MSP. As @MuthuSundaravadivel already mentions above you need to have an identity (usually the org admin node identity) in your wallet and associate it to the ordering node.
It is normal to get that error if this is an imported ordering service/nodes and you don't have the admin identity that can operate the node. This is a normal scenario when the ordering service is managed by a subset of orgs on a decentralized network.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your precious time. I would like to point out to you that I have certified the fast setup meeting and I have imported the contract and channels and added the local user account and re-registered a new user for each service and indeed everything went well except orderer msp I tried a lot and did not find useful and finally I want to assure you that I have added and re-registered all the required accounts to the wallet.

@ahmed35799 it could be because of the wrong admin user being associated or the ordering nodes cannot be accessed due to network issues etc. To troubleshoot, please take a look at the logs inside the console of the browser and the logs of the console. There should be a stack trace with more details on what is the exact error.
