Code coverage reports for integration tests

When running integration tests, we cannot automatically extract code-coverage statistics, as we do in unit tests.
However, most extensive testing on FSC is performed with integration tests rather than unit tests.
We want to be able to generate (manually for the time being) reports on code coverage of integration tests.
