Not to deprecate, but would it be possible to minimize the dependencies of tcc (for instance not to pull in FSC)? It would make security audits easier (it will be scrutinized more than other parts, and harder to update). And also other dependencies, see also hyperledger-labs/fabric-smart-client#778 (comment).

Orion can be deprecated or moved out. I'm not sure about fabtoken. Testcontainers can be replaced by the custom solution we have in FSC.

yes, orion we can move out to a new labs. I would keep fabtoken for the sake of the token-sdk.
Regarding tcc, in a PR where we try to move to Fabric 3.0, we have a go module for it and we can control better the dependencies.
