I've noticed an inconsistency between the Login and Register pages regarding the available roles in the dropdown menu.

On the Register page, only two roles are available: Admin and Institution

However, on the Login page, there are four roles listed: Learner, Admin, Institution and Instructor.

This could be confusing for users, especially those trying to register as a Learner or Instructor, since those options are missing from the registration flow.

Expected Behavior:

All roles available in the login dropdown should also be available on the registration page, or there should be a clear explanation as to why some roles are restricted from registering directly.
