Consider Migrating the Frontend to a More Sophisticated Framework

Currently, we are using plain HTML/CSS for the frontend, which is manageable given the limited functionality and number of buttons. However, we should consider switching to a more sophisticated framework.

I am leaning towards using React, as it is widely adopted by projects using the Monaco editor.
