Instrument daml.http.client.requests.duration.seconds has exceeded the maximum allowed cardinality (1999). #3591
Description
Http client metrics have been recently added in #3415.
On DevNet, the daml.http.client.requests.duration.seconds instrument has at least 10k series right now, while we use the default limit of 2k.
A fix to a similar issue is mentioned in #920. For this issue, we should decide whether we really want to track so much data.
