Can't find the blockchain in Canton

Hi, I'm trying to find out the structure of a block on the Canton blockchain and I'm not able to figure it out from the documentation or the code. Can someone please point me to how the block is created, what's on its header and body, how each block is validated before it is accepted as the next block in the blockchain, etc?
