Add ability to generate connection profiles #8
Description
Would it be possible to generate connection profiles from configtx.yaml and/or the cryptogen config/output?
The test network generates connection profiles for example, but it would be nice to have a more generic tool that is not tied to test network or any particular runtime model (docker-compose etc.)
