Is feasible to replace Fabric protocol with QUIC?

I am a freshman who has recently started to learn blockchain. I want to do a small experiment on Hyperledge Fabric to replace TCP/UDP with QUIC protocol. Is this feasible? I look forward to your reply and thank you very much！
