Hi! Thanks for this package - it's great.

Two weeks ago, Google released a new version of their Brotli package which has performance improvements for encoding and a bugfix in their Java bindings.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update this package to use the most recent upstream brotli version.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not updating. Also fine, though we miss out on the improvements. For context, here is the PR with the 1.1.0 sync.
