What happened

Have a question, I could not help. myself see this when it got big news and got the DMCA and all the other stuff.

I wanted to know if anyone on here has this working on a Model S? I see some legacy Model X talk (HW3)

But my car is newer and HW4.

I have fully paid for FSD. no subscription and I live in the USA. also curious about the whole ban thing, if anyone would be so kind.

Yes, this works on Model S. Specifically:

Your car (2026 Model S Plaid, HW4, FSD purchased, USA):

• @MiniCS confirmed TLSSC working on Palladium Plaid 2023 via 0x331 TLSSC Restore
• @nagotti confirmed full FSD on Palladium Model X Plaid 2023 (HW3/MCU3)
• Your 2026 Plaid is HW4 Palladium — should work the same way

Setup: Connect via X179 connector (behind passenger kick panel), pins 13/14 (Bus 6). Use either the Flipper Zero + CAN Add-On or the cheaper ESP32 port (~$14).

On bans: Tesla has been issuing VIN-level bans since April 2026. The ban removes the TLSSC toggle and downgrades the autopilot tier. Our TLSSC Restore feature can recover stop sign/traffic light control on banned cars. Pull the SIM card before using to reduce detection risk. Full details in SECURITY.md and issue #18.

Since you have FSD purchased (not subscription), you have a permanent entitlement — even if banned, TLSSC Restore should work on your platform.

I have been following this very closely. I actually cancelled my order from teslogic or as they call themselves screen mate now, due to the vin bans.

Do you know or have any information or indication of why Tesla is banning cars? Or have a list of banned cars? I’m wondering if they are simply banning due to theft of service or enabling some fsd feature in a country it’s not supposed to be enabled in due to risk.

I have everything, I simply want the nag gone.

In regards to the nag killer, does it turn the cabin camera off? Teslogic somehow forced my model 3s into using the steering wheel mode even if the camera was there and that’s how they did it.
