What happened

The About page in the app cannot scroll. When attempting to scroll, the page stays static and prevents access to information that overflows the screen.

What you expected to happen

I expected to be able to scroll through the entire About page to view all its content.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Navigate to the About page
3. Try to scroll the page up or down
4. Notice that the page does not scroll and some content is inaccessible
