map_to_output for input devices in general

I saw a previous ticket about map_to_output not existing for tablets, but I have a different usecase, on sway, as part of the command that turns on my TV, I run

 swaymsg input '117:256:Paris_Commune_Mouse' map_to_output 'HDMI-A-1'

I use my phone from the bed as a trackpad and that makes it so that my phones mouse cursor appears only on the screen I want it to, if I want to display another screen, I use wl-mirror and put the mouse on only that screen.

This makes it so that I never lose my mouse pointer when i'm in bed, since my two monitors aren't facing my bed.
