Column of stuck pixels with scaling of 1.33333

Original issue

I have a row of stuck pixels on my bottom and right side of my monitor (3440x1440 and 2560x1440 and scaling of 1.33333). The pixels will take on the color of my border/shadows and keep it until I display something else in the region. Toggling fullscreen for example makes the color go away, but as soon as I tile the window again the shadow touches the region and the pixels keep the shadow color.

Maybe related but waybar is one pixel short from covering the entire length.

Selected not a regression but I only started using scaling now so it could be one.

This issue is still present on on hyprland v0.48.1
For me the issue only happens at startup, if I change the scaling then it gets fixed.
I am unable to move my cursor into the missing space.
There is also a smaller gap at the bottom of the monitor.
For me it persists even when there is a full screen window up.
I am on a 4k monitor with 1.33x scaling.
