Line between window and layer with blur active

I don't think so. My bar has always had blur turned off

Describe the bug

There is a visible artefact between window and layer (bar). It feels like new_optimizations is set to false (see vid, it's 10s)

Reproduction steps

remove gaps
remove borders
blur transparent window, blur bar -> there is a line. It doesn't happen between 2 windows

if you move a floating window near the layer, it influences the blur.

You're right. The problem is probably somewhere else because the weird line between the windows and the layer still exists even with size = 0

It would be better if it was the same color/transparency everywhere
