resizeactive works unexpectedly in orientation:center given a certain config

Describe the bug

When orientation is set to center in Master layout and center_master_slaves_on_right is set to false, resizeactive - at least the keybind - will work in reverse for left and right directions, and if active is slave, up and down does not work. This only happens when the center orientation is still in 2 columns (not enough windows have been added) and always_keep_position is false.

When the workspace hits 3 columns, vertical resizeactive keybind still does not work. Only when there are 5 windows (2 on left, 1 center, 2 on right) does the resizeactive keybinds work as expected again.

Additionally center_master_slaves_on_right will flip flop the orientation of the master & slave windows if set to false

Reproduction steps

1. set master layout
2. set center_master_slaves_on_right to false
3. set always_keep_position to false
4. set slave_count_for_center_master to minimum 2
5. add two windows to the workspace
6. use the default window resizeactive keybinds to resize the current window
7. confirm by adding a third and fourth window and resizing any of the windows (slave & master)

This behavior also exists with the same window configuration with click & drag of borders w mouse - reversed horizontal directions, disabled vertical resize
