Feature DescriptionAdd a config variable similar to Why it would be beneficialIt was brought up in #3870 and #2732 that Telegram can be obnoxious in requesting focus. This can be turned off, but as mentioned in #1350 (the OBS issue), there can and will be cases where this is not an option. I also encountered a related issue with GIMP's color selector window, as when the color changes the main GIMP window sends an activate request and gets focused, which snaps the cursor to the center of that window.
