Support CSS style gaps in the gapsout and gapsin workspace rules

Just to add to this discussion:

It seems that gapsout doesn't work like gaps_out in hyprland.conf as mentioned here.

I have the following line in my hyprland.conf:

workspace = r[1-6], w[tv1-5], gapsin:20, gapsout:130

and I want to use this (to put different gaps around the window [top,right,bottom,left] for those particular workspaces):

workspace = r[1-6], w[tv1-5], gapsin:20, gapsout:130,80,130,80

But this doesn't work.

This does work with gaps_out inside general{ } but this applies the changes to all workspaces:

general {
    gaps_in = 12
    gaps_out = 130,80,130,80
    ...
}

So yeah, this would be a good feature to add. Being able to specify different gap around the window for some workspaces would be a really cool thing especially since it is doable normally in general { } :)

By the way, I am not sure if this is a feature request or an issue because maybe the gapsout was supposed to work similarly to gaps_out as indicated in the wiki?

I'm not sure if you've managed to find a solution since posting, but I've stumbled onto this comment while trying to achieve the same thing. Works like a charm!
