Is it possible to lock or freeze the size of a tile?

Hello!

Is it possible to lock or freeze a tile's size, such that it wouldn't change size when adjacent tiles get moved or resized?
Kind of like the bar like waybar which stays a certain size in it's own place, but instead of being off to the side of the container space, I want a static tile living amongst the other tiles.

I tried these settings which sort-of work, but it doesn't stay this size when adjacent tiles resize and squish it, and the pseudo rule makes it add extra unwanted padding around it.

windowrule = size 201 100%, tag:dan
windowrule = maxsize 201 100%, tag:dan

If this isn't possible, I should probably create a feature request right?
Or maybe I can look into making a plugin that can introduce a new windowrule which would allow this kind of locking?

you can't do that, it'd be up to the layout to implement as well
