Dragging windows by pressing a modifier and no mouse buttons?

I have this binding to press left click and alt to drag windows, but would like to do so with just alt and mouse movement: bindm = Alt, mouse:272, movewindow.

I want to drag windows by holding alt and moving the mouse, without pressing any mouse buttons.

cursed. I don't think that's possible but also ... why?

A bit quicker and wouldn't require holding the mouse or trackpad down, one less action. It may not be supported in Hyprland right now, but its supported elsewhere (just saying).
