Issue with (animated) cursor theme applying

I have exec-once thing in config for changing cursor theme, yet it doesn't work properly for animated one. It sets to any other theme except that one and as soon as i hover to any window, it does change to that. Like immediately one theme swaps to the right one.
I can only suppose that it tries to find different type of default cursor and since it couldn't be found, fallbacks to any other theme that have it. in config my theme overrides only "default" type of cursor

Usually you are seeing 3 cursors:

• server-side: hyprcursor. This is used by qt, hyprland, hypr* apps
• client-side: wayland XCursor: GTK.
• client-side: X11 XCursor: XWayland

You need to sync all three. Blame gtk.
