Eletron apps slow startup with hardware acceleration only on hyprland.

This does not happen on kde and sway.
The only fix is to use --disable-gpu flag or ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=x11

To reproduce-

1. Launch ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=wayland electron36 --disable-gpu (or any electron version)
2. Launch without the flag and compare the launch times

Reproducible on stock hyprland config.
