Tuning touchpad

Hi, I've been wanting to experiment with better "tuning" my touchpad.

I'm posting here to hopefully get a short answer from someone more knowledgeable so I can get a reference point.

Specifically, I have 2 things I wanna try:

• Better "tap to click" detection (it's too sensitive)
• Adding kinetic/inertial scrolling for some apps that lack it like VS Code (this drives me insane)

Are these something that could be handled by Hyprland? Or is it libinput? Could these be Hyprland plugins?
