Some games cannot open in fullscreen

Related to/split from #10765

Watch the corners, but I also showcase hyprctl activewindow and the in-game fullscreen setting.

This happens regardless of whether or not force_zero_scaling is enabled. Changing the fullscreen setting in the game after it launches does set it to fullscreen properly though, but it'd have to be done every time.

I'm also having this issue, using proton wayland seems to fix it but right know it's a bit broken with the mouse.
