i seen your post did you add it to the userprefs or keybinds file? i replaced keybinds and it now snaps back to tiling but when i first enter floating mode i cant figure out now to modify the size and to center it like the floating terminal ive tried stuff like... bind = $mainMod, W, togglefloating, resizeactive exact 500 500, centerwindow...but notta same for dispatch and hyprctl type combinations...def following for a solution. |

This is what I'm playing around with; Super + W the first time, the UI will pop to center screen and float. |

Well, now I need to figure out, after pressing Super + W the second time, how to get the window to go back evenly split... I'm reading the Wiki, but I'm really clueless here on this... |

Ahhh anything over 50% I see makes the slave not as wide when it tiles back, that's odd... hmm So this works... bindd = $mainMod, W, $d Toggle floating, exec, hyprctl --batch "dispatch togglefloating; dispatch resizeactive exact 50% 50%; dispatch centerwindow" THANKS |

Hi,
I'm running CachyOS, Hyprland and HyDE.
I made a post in regards to tiling, then float to center and then back to tiling.
HyDE-Project/HyDE#902
I noticed when using this cmd, the second time I pressed the keys, it wouldn't center tile back evenly.
HyDE has made this change to the keybind, but nothing happens when I use it;
bindd = $mainMod, W, $d Toggle floating, togglefloatingAlso I noticed if tiling 4 windows, the top two have more height to them, than the bottom two.
THANKS
