Lag on refocus when using external monitor.

as mentioned in the above issue this problem still persist. the whole window lags just for second or two whenever i move between monitors.

-v : Hyprland 0.49.0
i have 2 gpus
Amd Ryzen Radeon Vega Series(card1-igpu) and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Mobile(card0)

edp-1 is my laptop display and the other the connected one
monitor=eDP-1,preferred,1920x0,1
monitor=HDMI-A-1,preferred,0x0,1

tried so far:
setting env = AQ_DRM_DEVICES,/dev/dri/card0:/dev/dri/card1 and vice versa.
