Master Layout - Janky behavior when switching window focus for fullscreenstate, 1

Hello here,
I've got a laptop wit not so much big screen, so often I "maximize" my windows and use it.
With hyprland I've noticed that switching focus(i.e calling cyclenext loop) causes the window look like its just being resized. I don't know if I've put it correctly because I don't know the correct terms to describe it.

This is reproducible with simple config like

because it is being resized. Windows that aren't in focus will be resized back to their layout sizes. IIRC there was a long-standing issue for this that just was never addressed

There's also one more issue. Lets say I have 3 windows all in "maximised" state(fullscreenstate, 1), If I close any window then it resets the fullscreenstate and now all the windows are tiled.

There's an option in wiki called exit_window_retains_fullscreen but the problem is if I have maximised windows then it fullscreens the window.

It this a bug or expected behavior?
