[hyprscrolling plugin] focus on new window, even if current window is maximized

Hello!

I am fully aware the plugin is still in development

I just happened to move from niri to hyprland to give scrolling a shot and it has more or less been a pleasant experience.

However, there is a minor annoyance that i face that i wish i could get help with

For hyprland:

1. Have a currently maximized window
2. create a new window
3. manually shift to the new window

For niri:

1. Have a currently maximized window
2. create a new window
3. niri automatically focuses on the new window

addtionally on hyprland, u cannot shift focus as long as the current window is maximized, this is not the case with niri as it allows u to move to the next window even if the current window is maximized.

i will attach videos in case what i said doesnt seem to make sense
