Reserved space in fullscreen

I use an M2 Macbook Air which has a notch in the upper part of the screen. For normal tiling mode, I configured my bar to cover the notch so that I did not lose any screen space (similar to MacOS). However, in fullscreen, many apps (especially games) have their UI broken because the notch covers some needed functionality.

As a solution, it would be great to specify a reserved area to shrink the screen space used by fullscreen windows.

No, it doesn't. That only applies to tiled windows (I also tested this just to be sure).

Also, the custom reserved area stacks with the bar. I would like my bar to overlap with the notch, I just want to prevent fullscreen windows from doing so.
